I been dealing with Transmissions Experts since 2017. I have several thousand dollars with Alex (The Owner). I have been a very loyal customer for 6 years. Monday May 22, I went to him to install a window regulator drivers side on my car. I paid him $133.00 to do the repair. I bought my own regulator from Auto Zone, Gaston for $85.59. I did not notice until the next day that his mechanic had damage my window tint that I had installed several months ago. I called the tint place that I used to install it. They told me it was going to be $45.00 to replace. I went back to Transmission Experts Tuesday May 23, and told Alex they had damage my window tint. He did not accept the blame, but instead said the cable did it when it malfunctioned. Totally False! Alex started cursing me and told me to get off his property and find another mechanic to use in the future. He violently went mad totally unprofessional behavior. This is no way to treat a loyal customer. He does not deserve to own this business the way he treats his customers!
Final Note: He charged me $1.50 for parts when I bought my own.
He charge me $6.25 Hazmat fee when there was no Hazmat.
He charged me $.11 for tax when you don't charge tax on labor. He has a computer program charging customers unwarranted charges based on the money they spend.
Desired outcome: A FULL REFUND OF $133.00
In March 2022 I bought a set of 4 Vision Rims for my car along with the lug nuts with a key. Two weeks later I bought another rim for my spare tire along with another set of lug nuts with a key. I wanted to buy just the key, but they only sold the set with the key. I paid $49.00 for that set. A few months ago I had a flat so I put the spare on and got the tire fixed and used that for a spare. A week ago a motorist stop me and said my whell was wobbling. I took it to my mechanic and he said they sold me the wrong wheel. I got him to use 5 of the new log nuts but they were not the right size. I called in to complain and they sent me to customer service by email. He canot talk to a live person when you have a problem. Also they did not send me a receipt with the wheels. My mechanic said the it is a wonder the wheel did not come of fthe car.I could have killed my self and someone else. These guys could care less. These guys are total rip-offs. I want a full refund on this rim and the lug nuts!THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANT!
