We have paid a premium to insure personal items coverage for sea transport in July 2022. The insurance company provided to us by the international transporter is Inter Trans Insurance Services, Inc, a California based insurance company located 9311 Irvine Boulevard Irvine, CA 92618. We have carefully listed all special items to be insured by Inter Trans Insurance Services, Inc, The form and documents were validated and confirmed by them before departure and we have paid a premium for this. However at point of arrival some items in the insurance listing were found damaged but Inter Trans Insurance Services, Inc, refuse to cover the items which were damaged during transport.
Desired outcome: and cover the items for which we have paid a special premium. It is not acceptable to find out now that they cannot be covered once the damage has occurred.
