Insurance full coverage car rent by ryanair
I tried to claim the costs of car repair (front window broken during our vacation)
as we rented a car in Portugal by RecordGo, the company you have business with.
My booking number is [protected], or polisnumber is [protected]/2 from 27/6-2023 till 8-7-2023
As your website does not work well enough for new cases of claims within 3 months, I send you this complain.
The insurance is total covering our vacation In Portugal, we will inform Ryanair about this not being able to claim for the damage.
The damage of the frontwindow is not our fault; it happened during the night while street parking in Porto. It was 962,11 euro's (of course we have recipt).
We had immediately repaired the window for it was dangerous to drive and after that we told the agent of RecordGo in Lisboa (they were glad we repaired it right away).

We rented a car in Spain between the 12 and the 19 of may at Record go Rent a car . This all via Ryanair.
We payed for an extra insurrance protection covering almost everything that could happen to the car . This also via Ryanair.The insurance company is TravelJigsaw ; within the Booking Holding ; Police n° [protected]/2 for 53,12€
We made scratches on the door and payied for the repairs.
Now we would like to claim on the insurance

I booked a car via billiger-mietwagen.de including full insurance in any case of damages. Insurance is from Traveljigsaw as partner from billiger-mietwagen.de. Europcar claimed a damage after returning the car and I paid for it. Now I try to manage this damage and receiving my money from Traveljigsaw since over 6 weeks. The procedure mentioned in the documents does not work, because the link for to the database for addressing the case is not working. Support is poor... We will see what happens.
Warning for my side to other customers: do not book your car at billieger-mietwagen.de and the insurance from travel jigsaw. Take a cheap car and organise the full insurance yourself with the car company or a trustful insurance company.
But never take rentalcars or jigsaw travel... Everything works fine as long you have no trouble...
Desired outcome: Pay the bill as agreed in the contract!

A l'aéroport de Madère le 01/08/22 j'ai loué une voiture chez Avis et souscrit une assurance protection complète (prime payée 89.60 eur) chez RavelJigsaw.

J'ai été facturée le 13 septembre 2022 de 505,51 euros, pour une réparation de rayure qui ne me concernait pas d'après moi. Aucun check- in n'a été fait avec Europcar le jour du départ, et un mensonge a été fait sur le niveau d'essence ( ils m'ont d'ailleurs fait une remise sur l'essence après le retour).
Cette rayure était sans doute déjà présente et la taille constatée est fausse.

Remboursement sinistre assurance
Lors d'un voyage en Italie du 7 au 14 Juillet 2022, location d'un véhicule chez Europcar TRIESTE aéroport avec assurance complémentaire "Protection complète" d'un montant de 71.61€, couvrant tous dommages d'accidents.
Un petit incident a eu lieu durant la location : une bordure sur l'avant du véhicule.
Je l'ai déclaré le jour du retour du véhicule.
Aujourd'hui, il m'est impossible de contacter les service d'assurances pour demander le remboursement des frais prélevés sur mon compte bancaire !

I took a full insurance for my car, the insurance was provided by Traveljigsaw but they are not responding and are not reimbursing me for my expenses.
The scene of the accident was about 200m from Centauro's rental point outside Athens, when I was about to return the car.
Along road 89, about 200m in a southeasterly direction. See attached picture, Olycksplats.jpg.
The accident happened on 20 / 10-2021 around 13 o'clock.
As far as I know, the incident has not been reported to the police.
Of course, the car rental company knows about the incident.
The car was damaged at the front on the right side.

Also enclose bank statements and invoices I received from Centauro regarding third party costs.
I was pre-charged for petrol - a sum I would get back if the car was refueled when I returned it. That was it so I got that money back because I did not have to pay the entire insurance premium or what it is called 750 euros.
Later, centauro deducted SEK 8692.28 for the cost of repairing the other car
