Working with TSF Enterprises Inc in Las Vegas was a colossal waste of time and money. They purport themselves to be a telemarketing and appointment setting company. They failed at every turn and I am currently in the (months-long) process of trying to get a refund. My business is based in a well-populated, sophisticated part of Southern California and my target market is companies doing $5M in sales or more annually. After months of working with TSF, I had gone on 4 sales calls and talked to two companies on the phone. All of the companies I talked to made less than $500K per year and one even made $60K! What a joke. When I complained I was told that my area just doesn't have any companies in my target market! I know for a fact this is not true because of research I've done myself using SalesGenie.com and other similar databases. After weeks and weeks of being passed from one "expert" to another and being told that "this time we'll get it right" I finally demanded a refund. I was refunded part of my money but not all of it. I have dealt with Timothy Scroggins repeatedly and now he is dodging my calls. He has told me that he is not the owner of the company but when TSF stands for The Scroggins Family what am I supposed to think. I have been lied to and cheated by this company and am completed disappointed by the way I was handled by Timoth Scroggins and his team at TSF Enterprises. If you ever run across these people, run the other direction.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I have had virtually the same experience with TSF Enterprises. I would appreciate it if anyone who feels they have been scammed would please contect me so I can use their information to add to my own in proceeding against them legally if necessary. Please no allegations that you can't back up. I, of course, would be willing to respond in kind.
Thanks,
Vern Clinton

We are a small web design/graphic design company in Southern California. We have also had the same experience with TSF Enterprises. The only differnece is they have not refunded any of our money--after six months of no real appoints. We learned from the BBB Las Vegas that the TSF has several complaints. A few were resolved for partial return of their money, and some for extending the service with TSF. If you have complaint, don't be talked into extending the service any longer. We did. It didn't work.
Also if you know of any legal class actions being brought against this company, we would love to hear from you, via a comment on this site.
I am a freelance web designer in Northern California. I had the same exact experience. I am still waiting for my refund, they said 21 days, but it has been two months. They made all kinds of promises, then sent we really weak leads.
Timothy Scroggins contacted me today representing himself as the company "411" an agent for Google Maps. He used very strong pressure tactics in an attempt to persuade me to give them a credit card right then for a front page ad. After repeatedly telling him I don't commit to any sale on an initial call he finally said "Have a good day, buddy!" and hung up. I'm glad I resisted what sounded like a good deal.
My experience with TSF Sales (www.tsfsales.com, www.tsfsales.net) started out good for the first 6 of 20 appointments. After that 6th appointment they completely turned into the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I believe in honestly and integrity while conducting business and those two words do not exist with the owners or management at TSF Sales in Las Vegas. Their performance became so poor that I requested a refund for the remaining outstanding appointments. Once I asked for a refund from TSF Sales, all communication stopped. Currently, we are past 60 days with ZERO returned voice-mails or emails. Basically, a total lack of customer service and accountability. My 4 year old has more respect and honesty for the fellow business person than this group of clowns. Don't ever, ever, ever do business with TSF Sales unless you want to loose money and waste time with these losers.
Working with TSF Sales ranks #1 for the most unprofessional business experience I have ever dealt with in the last 4 years. I understand there are headaches in business. However, I would never take someones money and not deliver. TSF Sales did exactly that. They under delivered so I simply asked for a refund based on poor performance and lack of following the original scope of my project for cold calling. If you stand for solid business principles, do not waste your time working with TSF Sales.
Same here... I am a web designer in the Houston, TX area and I have been trying to get a hold of someone at TSF Sales for months. I just keep getting voice mails or ignore emails. Its been 10+ months since I have heard from them. As of today Aug 09, 2010, the www.tsfsales.com website now says "Coming soon".
All I want is my money back!
TSF had a very aggressive sale process and basically hounded us for weeks to work with them. We had been disappointed in the past with other telemarketing companies and after much consideration, we decided to give TSF a try for an inital batch of appointments for $1, 000.00. They did start calling in our area within 4 days or so after the check cleared (they would not accept credit cards, looking back this should have raised more of an alarm then it did!...because after they disappeared, I had no recourse!). It was clear after about a week or two that TSF was a joke. The appointments they were bringing us were garbage and a complete waste of time. After we discussed this with our account manager and tried to get this going in the right direction, they halted all communication with us and disappeared. Essentially we lost $1, 000 and got absolutely nothing in return and no communication. Do not do business with TSF, you will be extremely disappointed and feel ripped off like I was. I am not sure how this company is still in operation and how the operators are still allowed to operate a business.
