Tulsa Airport Budget Rental review: Not honoring pricing from AARP-Expedia for car rental in Tulsa

Reservation was made through AARP-Expedia for car rental at Tulsa Airport for Sept 27 to Sep 30 with charge of $294.26. When I went to pickup car at counter It was brought to my attention that instead of making the reservation at Tulsa Airport they (AARP-Expedia) made reservation for Oklahoma City not Tulsa. The Tulsa location would not honor the pricing given to me on my original confirmation #17019073US1. Instead, I was charged an additional $125.81 for the rental on budget Car #[protected]. I am requesting refund to my credit card used to pay for the rental at Tulsa Airport
