Good day, Firstly getting insurance through OUTsurance has been nothing but a headache. As the consultant spelt out company name wrong 2ce causing us to only fetch our new car much later. The day of collection we had to phone again as it was spelt wrong again. Secondly: My first payment for the new bakkie I bought went off and it is double the amount quoted. When I phoned in they apparently added 2 new bakkies. I don't know how this mistake was made, as we have one VIN number. This needs to be corrected with bank charges and all paid back as I am very upset. R12000 insurance payment is very unacceptable. Please contact Mike on [protected] urgently
