The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Three weeks ago I ordered an old series complete 5 season of Dark Shadows and they arrived one week late and when we viewed them they were blank. I placed a complain and the customer service person Kimberly Weis stated that they are taped off TV and that they are from China and that is why they do not work. I was appalled that they could sell a product for approximately $150 and provide a damaged subnormal product. She told me that I did not have to send them back because it would cost money to ship back to China and that they would process a refund immediately to my credit card. However I have yet to receive a refund from this company! I do not want other customers to ordered from this company and lose their money as well. This is not a trusted site and the product comes out of China. What can we do as consumers to stop this kind of problem?

Linda

Well first off the dvd's were weeks late in delivery. Second off they were extremely poor in visual quality: skips, pauses, and shows that were not finished. The site made it seem like the movies we were ordering were official and that they were new. when we get them I realize that they were nothing but copies made from shows that were aired on tv or something like that. now they are giving us that run around about the return policy. The customer rep. Kimberly Weis would "kindly" like to know what is wrong with them after we heve expressly told them what was wrong. I urge all of you to never ever order anything from this site.

I ordered from this company as well. The site says that the dvds are new in fact they are poorly burned copies. Some are blanks. I e-mailed them and I'm waiting to hear from them. I wish I did more research. What can we do?

I too ordered a set of videos and found the quality poor. I wrote Kimberly Weis and received a response within 48 hours. I have been instructed to watch the whole set and then return any DVD's that do not work. So far I have 1 out of the first 4 that I will return. I will be interested to see if I get a better DVD back in return.

These guys are thieves, i too purchased from them and haven't received all the video's i paid for. I have been contacted and lied to by Kimberly Weis, Randy Meir, Lisa Pennington, Misty Richmond, and Kathy Connor. Every single one of these customer service rep's send the exact same responses and eventually just don't respond to your emails anymore. I have been trying for 2 months to get my video's from them and no luck. Please file a complaint with the better business bureau in los angels california. My dad was recently scammed by this company as well. They operate under a number of different websites and aliases (the one he ordered from was www.wildtvstore.com - same scammers, different website). My dad's story is the same as many others...he ordered the complete series of "Petticoat Junction". A couple of weeks went by and he never received the package or heard from them. He contact them, and he received an email from a person named Kimberly Weis who gave him a tracking number (which turned out to be bogus). Dad contacted them again saying he wanted to know where his package was, she informed my dad that she would get in touch with one of their "other distributors". Long story short, after over a month of waiting (probably closer to six weeks), dad finally received a package from China with the BOOTLEG, recorded off of TV and very poor quality, burnt CD-R's. The site claimed that it was for the "COMPLETE" series, but there are a number of episodes missing, and several of the discs skip or stall while trying to watch the show (one disc even crashed and stopped playing). When my dad tried to contact them for a refund, they gave him a run-around and had him try everything short of unclogging the kitchen sink (rather than just admit the discs were trash). He finally got them to offer a refund, and as of this writing we haven't heard anything back from them concerning the refund. They are scam artists! Type in "DVD" and "Kimberly Weis" into any search engine, and you'll see a number of complaints about this company and their various aliases. BUYER BEWARE!

Similar thing happened to me. They are complete rip offs. After telling me they had processed my refund they wanted to confirm the last 4 digits of my credit card! I never got back to them! I am still waiting for my refund of about $100 which i am quite sure i will never receive.

I bought what I hoped was a complete series of Emergency!
Found it weird that I dind't get a confirmation email or tracking number.

Keep getting emails from Kimberly Weis which are a crock of ###.

Really pissed off that the link to dvdbunny.com was on the eBay site, don't they
check the validity of their advertisers.

Hope Kimberly and the other associates of dvdbunny burn in hell.

###ing scam artists!

Kimberly Weis is the name to look out for. Like others who have posted here I ordered a set of DVDs that were bad copies and many episodes were missing. I complained and the 'customer service' person, Kimberley Weis, told me to go through the whole set (a huge task) to identify the missing episodes and they would replace them. It then turned out they weren't able to do so. They offered to refund but I had to send the whole set back to China by registered post. I got a partial refund, but they refused to pay for postage (delivery and return) although they promised free postage on their website. Kimberly Weis strung me along with endless excuses. Perhaps she does this to justify the promise of "100% customer satisfaction". It also is clearly dodgy when a company's customer service section operates with an ordinary Google mail account. It appears from a reading of other complaints they operate this scam by changing the website to dodge bad reviews. Complete fraudsters; steer well clear!
