We recently thought we renewed our TV guide subscription but we've never gone through their services before. We recently got the renewal from our normal source for a lot cheaper. I would like to request a full refund since the subscription has yet to start. We sent a check for on 9/6/10 and it was cashed on 9/13/10. I've read nothing but scam complaints about this company.
My wife and I received a flyer in the mail from TV Guide to get one year of magazines for $10. I mailed the check and we started receiving magazines. It has only been about 6 months and now we get another letter from them with "Your Annual Statement Enclosed" on the outside of the envelope. Inside are options for 1, 2, and 3 years subscription for a lot more than $10. Must be a typical scam!
