I ordered repair parts from the website www.tvrepairkits.com, and before I placed the order, I sent the pics of parts, which I needed. The seller was helpful and informed me that the parts were shipped already. I received completely different parts. And now these scammers didn’t reply to my emails and phone calls. I want money back, but not these rubbish parts. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
Ordered a convergence kit, but after receipt of kit decided it was just too involved for us to tackle. Emailed them as they request for a return code auth, no answer, finally they answered w/instructions, sent it back and to this day, (1 month later) still no return on my credit card, They say they will issue it but NOTHING, They STINK ---- BEWARE ! If in doubt hold on to your money.
