Purchased this product back in September, two weeks later stopped charging, tried to contact Tzumi by phone and the service is temporarily suspended, email them twice with pictures, model and serial number and received an automatic response with a Ticket #TS00061625 on October 7th.
Warning!We left the vacuum in its charger plugged to the wall and today we noticed a burning smell in the laundry, saw the vacuum smoking and took it outside, it caught on fire and the battery package exploded. Luckily, we were in the residence otherwise the house might have burned down. We have video evidence of this occurrence. At this point looks like we may have to take legal action against the company since we are outside of the 30-day return period with Macys and the company will not respond to us. Definitely a replacement unit is out of the question since this a fire hazard. Don't know how to proceed, please advice.
