UKPI - Tim Burchell review: Background checks

Paid him £315 in OCt 2016 for enhanced check where he mentioned in the email "Obviously you can add ANYTHING else to the list (enhanced background check only) when you instruct us to proceed and these additional checks will be FREE of CHARGE unless advised otherwise"

But received only basic done (which was quoted £170) and response that rest of the details are not available.

I has specifically asked for confirmation over email before I made the payment for the additional checks I required. They were not provided once the payment was done. And also some of the information provided in the report was absolutely incorrect

And he is refusing to provide refunds or to conduct any additional investigation for the information.
