After reading what seemed like genuine responses from "laura" and previous bad experience elsewhere, I emailed them asking for reassurance before ordering; no reply so tried again several days later stating I merely wanted a reply to know they actually read emails and engaged with customers; still no reply. I suggest everyone always does this before ordering from any company because I suspect as I do with this one that all emails go straight to bin and are not even read. May engage with complaint publicly but nothing when contacted directly.BEWARE!
