Hello, I went to the Ulta in Columbus Indiana to get my hair colored. The stylist and I talked for a couple of mins about how I would like it and I showed her 3 different pictures and all 3 had quite a bit of blonde in them and especially the top of head. Well apparently it was a miss communication between us because it was more brown and she started drying my hair and asked if the color looked good I said well I thought it would be a lot lighter and definitely more blonde so she took me back to the bowl and did a clarifier then mixed up a toner and said it should be lighter now and when she started blow drying my hair for second time it still darker than I asked for. So she said she would bring my bill down 10%and it made my bill $114 she also said if I gave it a couple days and I wasn’t happy with the color she would do the highlights on the top for free. I told her I didn’t need a couple days because I wasn’t happy with the color and basically I was ready to cry, so she said we can just go ahead and do it today if you want, I said that’s fine. She put in a few highlights on top and a couple on the side which the color was better on the few she did but still wasn’t as many as I normally get when getting my hair done. By this time it is almost 6 pm and my appointment started at 11:15am. I would just like to get a refund so I can go and get my hair done correctly. That’s the first time I have went to the Columbus Indiana store to get my hair done. I have went to the one in Greenwood indiana a couple times for color and never had a issue. The first picture below is what I got the next 3pictures is what I showed her.
