Ultimate Bath Solutions by Southern aka Ultimate Gutter Guard review: Bad customer service

I signed a contract with Ultimate Bath Solutions by Southern who also does business as Ultimate Gutter Guards of Vestavia Hills, Alabama on January 20, 2022, for a shower upgrade. We were originally told that the job would be complete in two days. They even advertise as two days. This has not been the case for many of their customers. We received a call from their scheduler advising the representative would be out on July 11, 2022, to begin the job. We cleared out our bathroom and no one came. When we called her, she said she'd given the installer the wrong paperwork and he'd gone to another customer's house to begin their job. Our job was rescheduled to July 18, 2022. The installer came and put in the shower, but the company did not have the glass installer to come out and put in the glass. He came about two weeks later and asked what did he need to do? He called the company as neither of us had the paperwork. I called, sent text messages and emails but they did not respond. I eventually called a lawyer who sent them a letter telling them that they needed to respond or refund me the deposit of $4,200 that I'd paid them. A different glass installer came out, our glass was not installed until October 24, 2022. We were not able to use our shower for over 90 days. They called two days later requesting full payment. When I asked to speak to a manager about the poor service and asked for a discount, he said that I could have put up a shower rod or used a different shower. I told him that apparently, he had not seen the photos of my house as there is no place to put up a shower rod as the shower and the tub are separate. They have no regard for their customers and do not understand what good customer service is.
