My error on 10/13/2019 (Sunday) I "IMMEDIATELY" phoned requesting "DO NOT PROCESS AND CANCEL". CS informed me to late? Really within less then 20 minutes I phoned and it was processed that quickly especially on a Sunday!

I phoned and returned cancellation and refund.

I've IMMEDIATELY upon receipt of package returned UNOPENED.

I have e-mailed customer service 3 times requesting refund $198.70

I am again requesting PLEASE refund the $198.70

When i ordered this product the ads all said money back gurantee. This product did not work when i called for a refund they told me they will only give me 25 percent of my refund why wouldnt i just get all my money back your company is a scam. If you only give back 25 percent of our money back you should say 25 percent money back gurantee i want all back

I started to order one bottle od this product but before I had completed and submitted order I bcked out, thinking if not complete, no order. However I received 5 bottles and $199.00 was drafted from my bank. I requested a refund and was told the first time I called that they didnt give refunds. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told she was "too busy" to come to phone. Hung up. I called back the next day and demanded a refund andand an RPS # in Las Vegas. Also received 2 bottles free " for my trouble". Have not returned any product as they did credit me back $49.00. Afrais to send package back and not receive the remainder of refund due me. Looked for a contact e-mail or phone for customer service and there's no way to contact them except one # to place an order, and its in a foreign country, can tell by accent. My investigating as to whether this was ever on Shark Tank as advertised found it all to be a scam. I know you make money off ads but you are a party to fraud! Then I put my info including my debit card. When I click order it just send me email my order has been processed without me knowing how much it'll cost. It didn't show anything that shows detail of my order. The only reason I found out how much is the charge is because my bank notified me that ultra fast keto fur 198.70 was processed. This is not right. If it shows the charge I wouldn't be ordering it. I called twice and they refused to cancel my order which I just placed a second ago. I emailed to cancel it and no response. My order number is 402180.

I have so much problems with this company the product features are way too much greedy for customers to buy it and when you use it, it does not help you that much.

I ordered two bottles they charged me 198 dollars which was way too much for two bottles so I have been calling and calling to get my refund of 128.73 and they keep ignoring me telling me I should get a refund, and they will send a manager my information well this has been going on since August and nothing. They sure took my money our fast but will not give me my refund. I am very upset about this and don't know what my next step should be... maybe the BBB? Can you please help me?

I ordered these diet keto pills under the assumption that it was the "real" ones and obviously these are a fake - I have had no results from taking these. The ad that I viewed when making this purchased said "as seen on Shark Tank" and I was lead to believe the product I would receive was the product that the three sisters on Shark Tank created and all of the Shark Tank investors were supporting. I have noticed since then that numerous ads pop up for this same product and the instructions say "just take 1 cup before bedtime" which would be some type of liquid or powder mixture. The pills I actually received have the instructions to take 2 pills 30 min. prior to each meal - that is 6 per day and one bottle only has 30 pills. I have already went taken 1 entire bottle with no results. I would like a refund. The order number is 45439 from 8/25/19
