Subject - Complaint against Vrindaban Bank Manager, Mamta Vashney

I Dr. Ambrish Agarwal residence of Agra was threatened by Mamta Vashney on phone on 02-07-09 at 11 o’ clock. The number from which I received the call was [protected].She said that she is the bank manager of Vrindaban Bank and told me that I have to pay a repayment loan of 4 lakhs of rupees in favor of Mrs. Radha Rani Agarwal.I asked who is Mrs Radha Rani Agarwal.She replied that she is wife of Mr Hari Narayan Agarwal and also my neighbour.She asked me to call you up. I asked whether I was the guarantor of the loan but she refused. She said that either I should pay the loan or I would b in big trouble.

At that time I was in a business meeting in which there were a lot of top business men and doctors of India. I had to immediately cancel my meeting because of mental tension and mental harassment due to which I will have to suffer a great loss in my business. I was also mentally disturbed because of which I had to immediately call Doctor V.K. Gupta of Agra.

I also contacted AGM Agra immediately whose num is [protected].AGM immediately talked to Mamta Vashney but she said that she didn’t contact me. But I have a proof that I received a call as I have the details on my landline phone.no is [protected].

then I called Mr. Ajmera who resides at Mumbai ph no052222896402. he also contacted Mamta Vashney but she again denied of calling me

We are your very old customers as we are having 5 accounts in the your bank in the name of my grandfather, mother, father, uncle, brother with account number 502465, [protected] .We are also having 3 accounts of the same bank in Agra with account number [protected] and also many fdr. .

So I would request you to look into the matter as soon as possible and also grant me the loss incurred in my business as well as in my mind.

I reecived my credit card promptly from union bank of india on 14 / 09 / 2009 and for activation i was asked to contact my branch manager. I contacted br. Manager at kasargod immediately in my presence he had given e mail to credit card division for activation on 14 / 09 / 2009. But even toady (12 / 10 / 2009) the card is not activated. I am not giving the card no here for security reasons my email id is rkmarar@ dataone. In. My account is at kasargod branch, kerala

I was overcharged for ATM fees(annually).
Bank was charged me double time Rs.110 as ATM FEES.
I give application also but no reply from bank.

Dear Sir,
With regard I thank you my EDUCATION LOAN has been sanctioned. I have deposited my fee (Rs. 27, 000 + Rs. 1, 000) of 3rd semester to the institute (MBA Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University). Remaining amount to be paid by the bank to me as fee is (Rs. 27, 000 + Rs. 1, 000) for the 4th semester. There still remains Rs. 67, 000 on this grounds I just request for a laptop. I get problems in giving my PRESENTATIONS.
My sanctioned education loan amount is Rs. 125, 000. In the loan process I made it very clear that I need a laptop. While filling up the education loan form I did not find any separate column for laptop so I could not mention it on the education loan form. But the bank says “what you have described is being processed nothing can’t be done in your case”. My request is that I need a laptop under that sanctioned education loan amount.
Sir, my name is Rupak Kumar Vishwakarma saving a/c no. 8236. My address is Kotwali Chowk, Bhagalpur, Bihar. My contact number is [protected]. The branch is nearest to my house.
My exams for the 3rd semester has been started (27/01/2010) and one paper we have as PROJECT and PRESENTATION. Without a laptop how can I give my presentation? If there is any provision for modification kindly do the needful I will be very grateful to you.

every thing which needs to be done with my account like getting a cheque Book, getting online transactions started, or any other process takes at least 2 weeks b'coz I have to fill a form & write a application & send it to my branch which is in Raigarh, Chattisgarh . I stay in Bangalore. I have to spend so much on courier, & other unnecessary exp.
When they have a branch in Bangalore why Can't they provide it here!

It is submitted that I purchased sweets from M/s Bikanerwala Sector 29 GGN on 17.6.10 for Rs. 1290/-. I tendered my Debit Card No.[protected] for the payment. The person on counter punched the card three times but failed to accept for the reasons “not sufficient fund”. Again I tendered another my son's Debit Card No. [protected] of Union Bank of India but again failed to accept for the same reasons. I have no option but to make the payment in cash. On checking my account I was shocked to know that the amount of Rs. 1290./- has already been debited in account three time in Card No. [protected] and two time in Card No. [protected] as above .It is therefore, requested kindly to look into the matter and credit the above amount in the above said account.

With due respect, I beg to stat that I am a customer of your esteem bank under ABOHAR branch location.I have opened saving account in your esteem bank ., I am suffering harassment, as to my sincere efforts, in my account no. [protected] .the charges DEDUCT FROM MY A/C APPX. 800 RS. . i'm talking about UNION BANK OF INDIA bank which has the unique policy of charging a fee everytime a account holder deposits money in the OWN account of UNION BANK OF INDIA. This is absolutely unfair and cheating the customers of their hard earned money. . The bank says its governed by its policy, which is absoultely unfair from customer point of view. Why should someone pay any charge for simply depositing money? even I met the branch manager for further process or REVERSE THE CHARGES OF RS 880. But when I try to meet branch manager regarding this he openly refuse and did not allow me to enter in his office and threatened me to for fit my charges . this is absolutely ridiculous and according to me branch manager should be penalised As I had not done any illegal acts and deeds. Which he wishes from me..I have been facing harassment.so my humble sum mission before you is kindly help me out from this harassment and reverse the charges .
I shall be very thankful to you for this kind act.

Dear Sir/mam,
My native is in Mohmdabad Gohna (UP) there is one bank his name is UNION BANK OF INDIA, in that particular area bank condition of very bad, in one month its ATM is working only 2-3 days rest day its not working, Staff condition is very bad more than bank, they never complete the work on same day even pass book entry when we go he say computer is not working, some time they verbally told to customer "there is no transaction to your a/c hence why we enter". If any customer want to finish is work in one day then staff asking to customer "Are Itni Jaldi Kya hai Kal karva lena"

My father was going that branch 4-5 days regular for changing the pass book because it was fulled. First one staff sent to another staff then he sent to another and he sent to branch manager and branch manager sent again first staff (who we meet first) after that he said pass book is not in stock you came after one week.

Lots of thing to write here but might nobody have so much time to read or write this.

Hence it is requested to SAVE the brand of UBI because in village very simple people is leaving there some of don't know about the bank process even can't sign or fill the cash withdraw form, but bank staff playing with customer round of round only.

I had withdrawal a sum of Rs 5000 from A.T.M. of Central Bank Of India, Anwarpur, Hazipur Bihar, by my A.T.M. of Union Bank Of India(A.T.M card No. [protected]) The a/c had debited but I had not recieved the cash.

Dear Sir,

I am Anilesh. On 13th may 2011 I had tried to withdrew Rs. 4000 from
PUNJAB NATIONAL ATM Centre (Located at Overbridge, Trivandrum, Kerala)
around 5.30 PM Hrs but the machine responded back with the message
something like "Time out".
However in the mean time
Rs.4000 was debited from my account (Account No -
[protected] ( UNION BANK OF INDIA, MANACAUD BRANCH, TRIVANDRUM, KERALA), ATM Card No:[protected]) although I have not
received that cash from the ATM machine.

Kindly credit my Above mentioned A/c. urgently & oblige.

My name is Saraswathy amma aged, 76 years residing at T C 21/1026, saleena, karamana, Nedumcaud, thiruvananthapuram, kerala. i deposited an amount of rupees three lakhs in the year 2007 for one year @ 8.75% interest for 900 days with unin bank of india, statue branch, thiruvananthapuram, kerala. The fd no is EM/TBA 0630619. After one year i renewed (rs three lakhs only) for 900 days and the FD receipt clearly reveals that i will get rs 391966/- after 900 days.The maturity date was on [protected].On [protected] while I approached the bank for receiving the matured amount I was informed by the union bank staff that I will get only an amount around rs 3, 50, 000 and further told ME that the amount deducted was towards tax. i discussed with the bank staff and the bank staff understood that it was their mistake and hence the bank staff refunded only rs 37538/- instead of rs 41966/-.There is no reason given by the bank authorities in not refunding rs 41966/-instead of rs 37538/-.From the conversation with the branch manager i doubt that the amount of rs 4428/-was deducted by him as his commission in refunding rs 37538/-.further there is no provision to deduct tax espicially when i am not an income tax assesseee and also when i had already submitted my pan card to the bank long before the maturity date.
Since i being a senior citizen a decision may be taken at the earliest and direction may be given to the bank manager to refund the amount of rs 4428/-in my address, (Saraswathy amma .P.A c/o advocate c.s.rajesh, t c 21/1026, saleena, nedumcaud, karamana.p.o, thiruvananthapuram, kerala.

I am ASHUTOSH SHUKLA have joint saving account with my father Mr. RAJENDRA PRASAD SHUKLA in ORAI branch of Union bank of india and my account number is [protected] i lost me debit card on 7 aug 2011 and after that with the help of custemer care i lockd my account at 10:36p.m. but on 00:07a.m. whole balance withdrew from my account and when i complaint about it on the Orai branch The branch maneger miss behaving with us so pleas help us about it and give justice

I am Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu, India. Here, there is a branch of Union Bank of India more than 10 years. There are 16, 000+ accounts in that particular bank. But the Customer Priority Service is not good than other banks. But there is a board named Quality Policy. Its all just f**king service. There is a clerk who speaks only Hindi and doesn't know any other language in Kumbakonam Branch. Because of their misbehaviour and few more complaints about this bank. I went to close the account of my brother. "The clerk whom I mentioned above kept waited as for more than 3 hours and said it's our lunch time. I too went home and returned after the break, at that moment he says, there are more works today and it can't be closed today. So, please come tomorrow. " Here the words written where translated from Hindi to English. Though I know Hindi, I have not Speaken anything to that clerk. The manager of this branch is too a f**ker. He doesn't knows anything about the banks and related bank details. He is appointed as Manager because of his 10 years experience. But he doesn't knows anything. So, All peoples of India, I request all to not open any new accounts in Union Bank of India. If so opened, just close the accounts in Union Bank of India.
If anyone likes to open bank account, please Open your accounts in Axis bank - the priority service banking, ICICI bank, HDFC banks . These banks are rated as no.1 in Priority service.

sepetember 2007. i am trying to education loan. but union bank of india sandesh, are not gave me loan.
step wise his maneger create probelem.
in this time(september-07 to april 08) desided to me that i am not able togive your loan.
the reason is that - my brother take framer loan. the bank manager told me first affol yor brother gave me framer loan.
