The customer service at Union Plus is awful. Two reps gave me bad info about sending payment, which led to missed payments and a bad credit report. I spoke to three managers who were extremely rude - they said the couldn't help because there were no recordings. They accused me of lying and gave me the generic complaint PO Box.
My interest rates also skyrocketed. Since I’m paying so much for this card, I would expect a better service.

The thing that may most set the Union Plus card apart from any other is that they employ a full time member advocate to act as the voice of the customer when and if problems arise.
