Universal Account Servicing, LLC review: 3rd party loan for stock trading company

Took out loan with OTA - thought the loan was with the school. Excited about the trading academy. 9-months later started Chemotherapy. Asked school for a temporary reduction in the monthly charges on the loan. School said they have nothing to do with Universal Accounting Services. Contacted UAS, said they would send me loan modifications paperwork in the mail. Three months later still no paperwork. I continued to pay. I called many times to ask about the paperwork. Never got the same person on the phone. Universal would not answer through emails. Stopped recent payment and now Universal is calling me, yelling at me. Within the last week I received a bill in the mail from Universal; but no loan modification paperwork. Beware of having your loan owned by a "3rd-party." No one will help me.
