I refinanced a personal loan with Upgrade. In order to receive their lowest interest rate, Upgrade required a $2500 deposit/average monthly balance in their Upgrade checking account.
I registered my local & primary credit union with Upgrade & on their app the account indicates that it had been verified. I am now attempting to transfer some of my money back to my credit union. When I attempt to make the transfer, I receive a message that the account is not verified. I pay my loan via electronic transfer from my credit union to Upgrade & they have no problems taking the money.
I have experienced continuing problems with Upgrade & when I speak to a representative, he or she cannot resolve the problem & say they will escalate the issue. I never hear back after the “escalation.
Desired outcome: I want my money transferred to my credit union without problems.
