I bought a 2016 in November 6th November the 14th it broke down I called the dealership to get the car to a mechanic they gave me the run around with the warranty company saying that the new contract never uploaded I had to wait two weeks I waited and waited never got a response or call so finally I got someone at the warranty company which is dowc to call me back I was told to take the car to pep boys the contract still didn’t get uploaded so by the time now it’s been a month no one called to let me know about the status of the car I told them I didn’t have the car a week and it’s already broke down they wouldn’t give me another car my job was two hours away I missed work I and when I did make it to work I had to pay to get there so around January 12th they called and said that the control module on the car was messed up it needs to go to a Buick dealership I then gave up on the car I got another one which I had to come out of pocket with more money issue was never solved and when trying to contact the store I was told they were all shut down!
