US Auto Sales review: I need to use my car so whatever needs to be done to have it fixed

I had bought a 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT in Mar 2021 a payment came due in the Amount of 462.62 less than 5 days later. I had called to express my concerns, also my vehicle would not start. US AUTO SALES told me that my kill switch was activated due to non payment. I explained that I had just purchased the vehicle and was not made aware of any thing other than I put 800.00 Cash down and that my payments would be due on the 1st of every month due to I was on disability. Never once was I told that my actual down payment was supposed to be 1500. Nor was I made aware of that I had 10 days to pay the full down payment type. I drove off the lot the same day I put the 800.00 down so if my down payment was supposed to be more how did I sign contracts and no mention of such until days later? I was currently in an accident in February 2023 I had received a check from my insurance company to pay for repairs, repairs were completed on June 25th 2023 I had gone to the office on North Cashua Dr in Florence SC to have what they said I had to do which was have the accident reported to the carfax that my car did already have and to sign off on the vehicle for something that meant decrease in value and to update the warranty. I was informed that they had temporarily went out of business and I could contact the main holiness number in which I did make payments and filed complaints which my vehicle. My car was having some issues after repairs with sensors going on and I having to pay out of pocket to repair even though my warranty was as I was told still good. I no longer have use of my car and I am not sure if it is from the accident from the repairs or from the KILL SWITCH? However I have missed a few payments, my car had been shut down and almost repo Ed while at my sister's funeral. I honestly do not want to invest anymore money or whatever into the vehicle if I can not use it nor get it repaired.
