I purchased a vehicle from US Auto sales and March of 2023. I did not find out until August of 2023 that the company went out of business due to bankruptcy. The copy of the contract that I have states that I am too pay $208 per month for 94 months. But when I call Westlake portfolio management which is the debt collection agency that has taken over US Auto sales since they went bankrupt. They are constantly telling me that's not the contract that they have and that the contract that I have in my possession does not matter. So obviously they had me signed two copies of a contract stating two different things. But when I asked for them to send me a copy of the contract they still refuse. They have repossessed my car and I paid to get the vehicle back and now they are trying to repossess it again saying that I owe all of this money. I'm not really sure what it is that I need to do but I do know that I cannot be without a vehicle and I don't have the money to keep repurchasing vehicles as well. I'm a single mother and times are hard at the moment and I just want to know how we can fix the situation.
