I purchased my vehicle in November 2022. I have just been informed that since US auto sales has gone out of business and my loan has been transferred to another provider and that my warranty is no longer being honored. I paid extra money to have an extended warranty, and that warranty is reflected in my monthly payment. Now I’m being told that there is nothing that can be done and I have no choice but to continue paying an extra amount of money for warranty service that is not being honored.
Desired outcome: I would like an extended warranty or a refund.
