Waited in line for 40+ minutes but the catch is the line was fairly short. I was in the drive line #2 it seemed to be shorter line. As the line got closer to the ordering board all help pretty much quit. 2 cars in front of me waited probably 4-5 cars from left lane before anyone would help right line. I can tell you if your in line and you watch approx 12-15 cars go in front of you it gets frustrating. We could not really get out of line very easily so we waited. Now it was our turn to order I waited no less then 7minutes at the ordering board before anyone asked what we wanted, That is a lifetime watching the left lane of cars going around you. We finally got to the window and I asked to speak to the Mgr so the Older dark curley hair lady came and asked What out problem was? I told her I feel as if we should have our meal comped. I explained the situation and she told me thats what happens when you hire 15yr old people they have to leave. I told her the drive thru was full and they should have found someone to take over that spot instead of just leaving. Then she explained to me that it was my fault and that I should have just left the line if I wasnt happy. So I said thats how your going to correct this is just blame me. So we left without our food. I am a business owner in this town and understand the difficulty of getting good employees but when they have extremely poor management its hard to have good employees
Desired outcome: honestly not sure, I wish to be contacted and have the manger spoken with and let them know this is not right. I hardly ever complain and expect anything for free but if i do it is for good since. Shad [protected]
