Good morning,
My name is Kendra Mixon and I ordered 2 Lrg sweet teas in the drive thru line at the McDonalds of 5550 McClellan Blvd, Anniston AL 36206. When I got to my store my toddler was taking a drink of the sweet tea and hair was coming up the straw with lent around it. My daughter kept pulling at her mouth trying to get it out and I had to pull it out of her mouth. I went there between 9:30AM-10:00AM and did not receive a receipt due to the order taker being busy placing another order on the headset. I do have a picture and transaction proof on my card of the purchase. I've been trying to call the store over and over for 45 minutes now to report this matter and the line is responding busy. My first call was made a 10:35AM. I need them to know that it is very unsanitary to be serving the tea after someone has found a good bit of hair in their drink. I made sure to pour out the entire cup to make sure it wasn't more hair. I'm sure that it is still being served to other customers as well without any warning. My daughter is only 1yr and 3 months and I'm glad she didn't swallow that hair. It is for sure a brunette hair color. For McDonalds to be worldwide there shouldn't be a reason for phones at any location to be off the hook. No matter how busy the location is you never know what complaint a customer has that could be a potential lawsuit. I can definitely be reached by cell [protected] or email [protected]@gmail.com.
