I did a mobile order because I always customize my drink. Not only did I wait over 30 minutes in line, but you can't mess up a mobile order when it prints out everything the drink requires. I use the mobile option so it's easier to tell them my name, and I don't have to list out everything in need in my drink. I ordered a double smoked, a cake pop and a cafe vanilla frappe with add ins. I get to the window, and she hands me my food, but the drink is lost or something, so she has to ask me what drink I ordered again. I've been in line almost 40 mins now, I tell her the name of the drink, thinking she's looking for it. I shouldn't have to tell her my add ins on my drink, since I mobile ordered. So, my drink was lost, and she made a new one without my add ins, now I usually don't have a problem but when you're paying extra for add ins, because I have a dairy allergy too. After she handed me the drink I asked her, if this was the drink, I ordered with the add ins? and she had to remake so she didn't even know what my drink required. At this point I've waited long enough, and I just take the drink and leave. The food was fine, just the drink that got messed up.
Desired outcome: I want a refund of the additional add ins I paid for and didn't receive made with my drink.
