Aspen Dental

My husband and I have been using aspen Bc it basically the only place we can afford. Well when we have our first few appointments they would tell us a price and then we got there and the price is all of a sudden $50-$150 more than what we were told. Okay whatever we paid it. Okay so then they tell us our Insurance wasn't covering anything and kept charging us for things that should've been covered. So I canceled my insurance and then they reached out to me and I explained why and they said that what I was told my Aspen dental was not true and what we paid for was covered but the only way to receive our money back was through aspen which wasn't even mentioned or offered until I asked for it back after the incident today and this is from months ago.
Fast forward to last month my appointment was canceled because even though I called to confirm they did not do their job and check a simple box. I kept having to push to keep my appointment Bc they wanted me to wait two weeks and I would have lost my tooth if I waited you can confirm that with Dr Hyatt. So finally they said okay just come in and we will push the other appointments. So they push but still only fill 1 tooth instead of two. Now fast forward again to today my husbands appointment was at 4:45. I called at exactly 4 pm yesterday and confirmed his appointment. He took off work, wasted almost an hour drive of gas to get there and them say his appointment was never confirmed okay so they lied to him. I call and tell them I did confirm and now their excuse is "well we tried to contact him last week because our dentist has to leave early today" so I'm assuming that's just another lie since they already lied to my husband once today and previously lied about our insurance to force us to pay more money. This is outrageous and I am also filing a report with the BBB.
