Bad service. Incomplete job. Salesman/owner won't return my calls. They chase you for the money, but once they get it, bye.
Fast and friendly
Fast and friendly. We had our walls done. The professional that inspected said we had good coverage in the attic. (So no overselling!) The guys cleaned up nicely and we could feel a difference in temperature about halfway through the fill. Great experience! The neighbor down the street also used them and is very happy.

Zero stars. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. They wouldn't come out even after making an appointment with me 'cause they said it was an hour and a half drive and they'd rather just give me an estimate over the phone without actually seeing the property in person. They also said they wouldn't speak to me by myself 'cause they wanted my husband to be home too so they didn't have to explain the details twice. I don't recommend this company.
They didn't insulate my bathroom
They didn't insulate my bathroom. I called them on 11/31, but there's still no resolution on the matter. I paid $4800 and some change for a small house. I knew I was being overcharged, but I wanted a good job. Now they won't contact me. I get nothing but excuses from the office. My bathroom is very cold right now, and I haven't received a return call. I feel like I've been ripped off and don't know who to turn to to fix the matter at this point. I just want them to honor their word and complete the job as promised. That's why I went ahead with the overpriced estimate.

Stay away from this company! It's a total scam! We found them online and asked them to come and check out our small, cold bedroom that just couldn't keep warm. The guy who came, ***, promised us top-notch insulation and assured us that everything would be done perfectly, guaranteeing a warm room. On the same day, he took a $2500 check as a deposit, and we paid an additional $5500 when they claimed to have "finished" the job. Can you believe it? $8000 for a tiny 100 sq.ft room! And what did we get for that? Damaged walls, a freezing cold room, no proper contract or receipt, and no proper inspection to see where the cold air was coming from. The workers were so unprofessional, they couldn't even understand English, and we have no idea what they did in there. When we reached out to the company to fix the issue, they simply refused, claiming they did everything right. It's absolutely ridiculous! We've sent countless emails and made numerous calls, but they haven't responded at all. We're taking them to court with our lawyer, and we're demanding a full refund. This *** company is just terrible!

We had a great meeting with ***, their top salesperson. We felt really comfortable moving forward with the job and everything was explained really well. On November 26th, they started working on the job, but later we found out that it was incomplete and messed up in some areas. Now, on January 6th, the job is still not finished and we're having a hard time getting confirmation from anyone about when it will be done properly. We think that there was a problem with the insulation in our walls, and our crawl space and attic had to be redone because of mistakes. We're really disappointed and this has been a very stressful experience. They pressured us to pay everything all at once right after the 26th, and we did, but we were really let down. Our December utility bill was higher than ever before, and during the consultation, they promised that the main benefit of the job would be lower energy bills, but that hasn't been the case. Not only that, but it has also caused us to take lots of days off work, and sometimes they don't even show up for appointments. We're really frustrated and disappointed that the trust we had in the company is not there anymore. At this point, we're just hoping that they eventually finish the job so we can move on.

Where do I even start? So, the USA Insulation crew showed up, and right off the bat, they cracked some of my siding. They promised to send someone to fix it within a week, but it's been months now and still no repair. Typical, right? Then, halfway through the job, their foam blowing machine broke, and guess what? They couldn't fix it. I asked when they would come back to finish, because I have a life, family, and work to juggle, and I need to plan my schedule accordingly. The foreman assured me that we would be a priority and would let me know for sure. Well, several days passed and nothing. My wife called them, and they transferred her to a supervisor who just kept making excuses about being busy and how it wasn't the crew's fault. Useless, unprofessional guy. Seriously, give me a call! Finally, at the end of the week, the crew managed to swing by. But guess what? They couldn't even remember where they had left off. I had to point out the spots that still needed work. I can only hope they actually completed the job because, you know, I can't see through walls. Oh, and get this, the crew leader said they shouldn't finish my attached three-season room, even though it was clearly agreed upon and noted in the sales order. After some arguing, they finally did it, but they never bothered to plug the holes like they said they would. And just recently, I noticed that on the second floor, where they removed and replaced the shutters to blow in the insulation, they put one of the shutters back upside down and loose. It bangs against the siding whenever it's windy. Great job, guys. I haven't checked the attic insulation yet, but I'm crossing my fingers that at least that part was done right. But honestly, it's been months now, and they haven't even bothered to call and schedule the repairs they were supposed to do. This has got to be the worst $8,000 I've ever spent on my home, or anything else for that matter. Lesson learned, always check out other businesses before hiring for insulation work. I usually do, but USA's offers were just too tempting to resist. But hey, you get what you pay for, right? I don't think we'll be contacting USA again after the joke of a response we got last time. Just because they're busy doesn't mean it's not their problem. Quality should always come before quantity. And it's not my job to remind them of the repairs they need to do. They work for me, not the other way around. In conclusion, I can only hope that the insulation work they did actually works as promised by the salesman. When the weather gets better, I'll have to shell out more money to fix my siding and gutters. What a mess.

I got USA Insulation to insulate my downstairs bathroom and the wall next to it. After they finished, a couple of days later, my bathroom was still just as cold. There was no difference at all. I called them to let them know, and they suggested insulating my upstairs as well, but that would cost me more money. The salesman who sold us the insulation is no longer with them. They mentioned that there is no guarantee unless we insulate the entire house.

They charged me *** for the job, and USA Insulation was supposed to supply and install high-density foam on all the exterior walls. However, when I replaced a window and removed the drywall inside the house, I discovered that the foam had cracks all over and was only injected in the middle section of the wall. The foam was not injected at the top and bottom, resulting in the house being much colder now than before the foam installation. I reached out to USA Insulation, and they sent someone to assess the poor job they had done. The service person took pictures with an infrared camera and confirmed that the entire house had faulty foam with cracks. They assured me that they would come back later to fix it, but they never did. I emailed the manager *** to inquire about when they would come to resolve the problem, but I have not received any response. As a result, my gas and electric bills have increased significantly, costing me close to *** each month to keep my house warm. Unfortunately, the contract does not include a contact number.
