They did our windows and siding. The siding ain't sealed or put on right and when it's windy, it moves and wakes us up. We called for repairs and still waiting. I called a bunch of times and they said it'd be done before Thanksgiving, but it's almost Christmas and still no word. They sent a card about getting $250 if we refer someone, but I talked to Tiger and no response. Not gonna refer them, no way!

I was happy with the steel roof I bought from Royal Windows & Siding, but their service is terrible. I called many times to get a quote for hail damage repair, but the General Manager, Tiger, took a whole month to call me back. He only called after I threatened to report them to the ComplaintsBoard.com. When he finally called, he left a message making fun of me and my frustration. I saved the message and emailed the company, but the owner hasn't responded. It's been another month, and I still haven't received a quote or any communication. We have to use them to keep the warranty, but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who wants to be treated with respect. Pick a different roofer if you can.

Royal did a job on my neighbor's house. They took off the old siding and threw nails in my yard and theirs too. I talked to the guy doing the job and he said they'd pick them up, but they didn't. I picked them up myself and got a magnet from Lowe's for the ones in the grass. I got a bag full of nails. After that, I had to buy a new tire for my car and repair one on my truck. I talked to a guy named *** at Royal and told him about my issue. He was really rude and said it was my fault if I drove around with a nail in my tire. I showed him pictures of the job and the trash in my yard, but he still said I was the problem. It took them over a month to do the job and it looks terrible. *** also said he didn't have to talk to me, so be careful if you do business with them. They drop the product in your driveway and it sits there for months before they do the job. *** also said they came and knocked on my door, but my wife was working from home due to Covid and she was always there. Come on, at least tell the truth!

I got some new doors put in by Royal Windows & Siding. They were almost done with the job when they told me they didn't have the right color wrapping for the brick moulding. They said they'd come back in a week to finish it up. That was back on January 19th. I've been trying to get an update from the manager, *** but he keeps dodging my calls. It's been 6 months now and I just want them to finish the job already.

So, I had Royal Windows & Siding do my roof and it was a mess. They left all kinds of junk in my gutters and even left roofing tacks all over the place. My gutters got all messed up and now they leak all around my house. I signed a contract with them on November 4 and they still haven't done anything to fix it. I've called them a bunch of times and they just don't seem to care. Don't use these guys!

I signed a contract with Royal Windows & Siding in March for siding. They told me it would be installed in 4-6 weeks, but I later changed the color and was told it would still take that long. COVID delayed everything, which I get, but it's now been over 5 months and we still don't have siding. We can't cancel because of the contract, but we've been given excuses about COVID, color changes, and short-handed crews. They said they'd deliver the siding on 7/24, but delayed it a week because they were worried someone might steal it. Then they delayed it again because of rain. We haven't heard from them since. We were supposed to get a discount for being veterans and for a home estimate, but we never got an itemized statement or gift card. We recommended a friend who signed a contract and were supposed to get $250, but we haven't received it. If we cancel, we'll have to pay at least 30% of the contract amount. I just want siding on my house and didn't expect it to take this long.

Royal Windows & Siding staff are not very friendly and lack customer service skills. They messed up my order and didn't fix it before ordering the product. They stopped working on my job without fulfilling the contract. When I set up an appointment for a quote, I estimated that I had 20 windows. The representative said he counted 20, but when I asked if he counted the kitchen window, he said no. I didn't know that he only increased the price to include the additional window but didn't change the quantity of windows on the contract. The office staff called to say they had counted 23 windows, but they would adjust it to 21 for $8000. I disagreed because I actually have 22 windows. They wanted me to pay $800 before ordering the correct windows, which was not what they advertised. They ordered one single window for two areas where double windows are currently, which didn't fulfill my request. When I disagreed, they threatened to put a lien on my home. The finance person was rude and condescending, and the other staff members were also dismissive and overpowering. Royal didn't try to solve the problem and instead passed the responsibility to me. The finance person even called me difficult. As a customer, I tell them what I want, and they should try to make it happen. Royal doesn't seem to care about customer satisfaction.
