I got 3 homes insurance and spent close to $4900.00 in 2022 but when I had 4 different claims they never sent any technician and drag my claim almost 6 months then I asked them to cancel my all houses policies and refund my money they refund only one house policy and refund my money I still have 3 houses policies and they are holding my close to$3800.00 I have their recording asking me to remove the review then they will refund my money. First I had removed my review but I never got refund then I put the review again. But I got refund only one policy and others are still open and not refunding my money

When we wanted to turn in an issue we had with our microwave, we called and found that the company did not have an operational phone number. Then when we tried to use their website and email address, that was also not operational. We have no way to reach out to them. We would advise anyone noy to use this company in securing a house warranty. They are not receptive to any outreach.
Desired outcome: we would like to get our money refunded.

I paid to Life Time Home Warrenty, the full payment and try to file the claim to AC and after sometime the claim was denied, it says the claim is not covered, and now I try to claim for the bathtub handle to fix it, because the water is running, and try to open the Link, but it does not work, therefore, now I understand that, this Lifetime Home Warrenty is the scammer, and I want to get the full refund.

I am trying to make a claim and the website that I use is no longer there. I call the phone number [protected] and it says that this number is currently not taking any calls. Tried a couple of months ago to cancel with them because of them taking 983 dollars twice from me. Had to file fraud with my bank. I can't even cancel with them because there is no way to get ahold of them.
Desired outcome: Refund of what I paid for 3 years and has only been 1 year.
Problem with lifetime home warranty company
I have been scammed by the lifetimehomewarranty company. I purchased $2000 home warranty about 2 years ago. They never solved my claim since then. I had to call them many times and waited 1- 2 hours to get hold of their customer service, they told me that they were not allowed to solve anything but report it to someone else. In result, I had to fix my appliance myself which it is included in the home warranty plan. see below

Lifetime home warranty SCAM ALERT
This company took me for over $2,500.00! I have been trying to open a service ticket online for weeks and there has been no response. I have tried calling, but none of the phone numbers are valid. All I get is a robo messages saying that these numbers are not set up to receive calls. I even tried to contact the sales rep that sold me the policy Mike Murphy @ [protected] and that number is no longer valid. Super disappointed with all of this. What happened to the hays of people having integrity?!
This is a SCAM! Do not sign up with this company. They will not respond to any claims and none of their phone number are valid!

Hot water Heater
Our hot water heater failed and leaked on the garage floor in February. It was a slip hazard and an electrical hazard. We filed a claim . We could not get anyone to answer the phone after hours of being on hold. I replaced the heater. Later we got instructions to get an estimate but not take action. It was too late. I submitted the estimate info to Lifetime and have not heard anything in months. I feel that this is fraud and will be filing a compliaint to the Florida Department of Insurance.
Desired outcome: Reimbursement for what Lifetime would have covered if I did not have to quickly replace the heater.
Home warranty plan
On 5/3/23 I had a water leak over my utility room. I found it at 7:00am.
I called the phone number I used a few months back [protected] & it is no longer an active number. I searched the internet & called [protected] it did not say it was for Lifetime Home Warranty Company. It just says to leave a message after the beep. I did several times. No call back came. I went online & opened a claim too. No email with a claim # or approval. On 5/4/23 I called a plumber & they came to fix the repair & I paid for it in full. I uploaded the invoice into their claims system. I have damage to my sheet rock in my ceiling, water was in my exhaust ceiling vent fan & light. As of today, I still have never received a call or an email. I can go in & open a claim for the damaged from the leak but not sure why if you are not responding. Are you still in business? I entered several messages in your claims system. I paid the entire 1 year policy up front at the time I purchased my home. There is no escrow cycle.
Desired outcome: I expect to be reimbursed for my plumbing repair (minus my $75.00 service call fee) & contacted so I can proceed with repairing the sheet rock, fan & light.

I filed the claim on May 5, 2023, and I have not heard anything from your service department since then. I have called your number several times, but all I get is a message saying that you are not set up to receive any calls at this time.
I have been a customer of your company since September 1, 2022, and have never filed a claim. However, I am very disappointed with the way that my claim has been handled. I would like a refund of all of my payments since September 1, 2022.

Lifetime Home Warranty - Takes money with NO SERVICE!!
My husband and I signed a contract with them in July 2022 and have not had one single claim answered since. This company is completely de-frauding the public out of their hard earned money and have no accountability. We have tried calling, emailing, leaving messages and have seen nothing. I want my mooney back for not having responded to our claims...to this day!
The sooner I can cancel the better!

Life Time Warrantee is a complete scam that will deceptively take your money and give you nothing in return and become impossible to contact! They should be rated on a scale as a zero and be held criminally responsible for what they do! After paying them $499 for a year coverage, I shortly thereafter put a request in for a service call on my furnace. I got the run around from the person I was talking to and was asked for all kinds of information before he would process it. I didn't like it and had a bad feeling that they would be hard to work with. So, I asked to cancel my policy and requested a refund. The person said he would cancel it and begin the process for a refund. After about 2 weeks I received an email from a supposed representative who said to get a refund, I would need to sign a contract that I would not write a bad review. I did as they asked. After over 3 months the refund has not come. Numerous attempts to contact them via phone or letter have ended in no response, including long waits for 45 minutes on the phone and letters from my attorney that were all returned as undeliverable. I am so sorry I ever put any trust in this scam company. Don't even think about giving them any trust or money!
Refund for original investment of $2080 as stated in their contract, though fradulent.
I entered a multi-year contract with Lifetime Home Warranty (5 yrs + 12 free months) for a total cost of $2,079 payable in 2 equal payments. The agreement went into effect in Sept /22, and 2 installments were taken from my account in Oct/Nov '22 as agreed. I attempted to submit several claims, all of which I was told to contact a technician for diagnosis and I would be reimbursed. after submitting diagnosis for initial claim i was told it was only approved for $500 reimbursement, none of which has ever been received. Additi0nal claims were all denied per certain sections of the contract, ie, water leak not covered, dishwasher leak not covered, etc, all things you would expect and I was told by the sales rep that would be covered. I then asked to speak to the billing department, left voice messages, and no return calls. I then attempted to submit additional claims to discover the website in not functional, and that all ;published phone numbers are no longer active. In addition to this LHW attempted to withdraw two additional payments from my account in January & February 2023 each for the full contract amount of $2079 (total $4158). This was submitted as fraudulent charges to my bank and was reimbursed through the banks fraud department, however the original contract of $2080 original deducted in 2022 has not been. I have boit been able to reach anyone associated with the home warranty company, and know now this was a fraud and scam. I am still searching for ways to recover my initial payment.
We purchased a home warranty on 7/13/22, policy 613061.
I have been trying to file a claim on an A/C unit, and it is not accepting the claim on line, and the telephone numbers provided do not answer! I think this company might be a fraud. We paid $499 for one year, and I would like that refunded. We had filed one other claim in August for a garage door opener, and it was instantly denied.
Their site indicates to call [protected] - The message says this number is not set up to receive calls. The other number is [protected] - and this one answers with just "leave a message" - nothing saying we have reached Lifetime Home Warranty, etc.

Yep. I also was talked into a 5 year purchased home warranty. I should have known it was too good to be true. Lost $1957. Went to use it today and found out Lifetime Home Warranty Colpany is out of business and I'm out $1957. So must scamming and fraud these days. DO NOT TRUST ANYONE.

Filed claim on January 29, 2023 no reply until 2/7/2023 and was told to find my own technician. Received absolutely nothing and had to have problem fixed on my own. Requested refund with letter sent to address in Newark, DE and it was returned to me as undeliverable and unable to forward. I paid $1377 for a 3 year contract and would very much like a refund.

I have tried to contact Lifetime Home warranty for a week. I have tried numerous time to make a claim and have not been to file my claim. I leave messages on their phone and I get nothing in reply. I have had their service sinse 03/22/2022. I am upset with their service and would like a refund. I want to search for a more reputable warranty server. I do not recomend this warrenty company.

Reimbursement of approved claim
On February 2 I filed a claim online (No one answered the phones) because my air conditioning did not work. After several days I was told to hire my own tech and they approved up to $150.00 for diagnostic, The form said that if I needed to repair I needed to be approved first. I paid the tech on Feb 7, 2023, and immediately sent the receipt. I have called many times holding for hours and no one answers the phone nor do they answer the messages left on their site.
I have even written corporate with no response and no phone calls back.
I think I am reporting this company to the BBB and to the Insurance Commissioner. The air conditioner needed repair and I had to pay out of pocket again. U want a full refund of my contract which I paid in advance.
Desired outcome: I need reimbursement and full refund of my contract due to breach of contract on their part.

In October I decided to sign up with Lifetime Home Warranty after researching and speaking to two sales agents. I paid for two years due to a sale they were promoting. I have filed two claims that we denied instantly. This most recent claim I filed has not been responded to for nearly two weeks. I have tried calling and the line goes to a voicemail that says “leave a message.” There has been no response to my claim and no contact information is viable.

I would like to cancel this contract as result of their incapacity to honor it as well as the lack of response or access
In early October 2022 I fell into the trap of a “nice” sales associate who convinced me that they have better coverage than the company I was using at the time. Unfortunately, after my first claim, I soon realized lifetime home warranty was not what they said they were. I have never been able to get anything accomplished via phone with them since, as you will soon learn if you need anything, customer service and sales have no authority to do anything.
My claim was approved but they have not issued the check and I was told the check will take 90 days to be issued. I waited for 90 days then I called back and did not get anywhere, after that I was not able to get hold of them so I changed my mobile number I was using and I was successful only 1 time to get hold of them. Up to day I have used 3 number, initially it works and after the first call somehow I can't get hold of them.
Home warranty and over billing
In August 2022, I was looking for a new Home Warrantee Company because my current company had increased my plan premiums. So I went online and found Lifetime Home Warrantee and contacted them by phone. S representative explained the plan to me and told me that they had a good deal going on for that month. He really convinced me that this was the best company. The plan provided for a $200.00 discount on the regular annual cost of $699.00 plus 2 free months. The contract stated that the total payment for the annual plan was $499.00 to be paid in 3 monthly installments. The 3 monthly installments were billed to my debit card in August, September and October 2022. No further payments were due and no further debits were taken from my account UNTIL this month of 02/2023. Lifetime Home Warranty debited my checking account in the amount of $699.00 on 2/2 and $499.00 on 2/6 for a total of $1198.00
Over and above the $99.00 that was due and I paid per the contract. Besides this, in 11/2022 just before Thanksgiving, the door handle came off of my Microwave oven. Realizing that I would be needing to use the microwave during the holidays, I called Lifetime and was told to put my claim online. I did so and received a text that they would be sending out a technician. To this day, I never heard anything else and from them nor a technician. After this recent mess, I tried calling them twice. I sat on the phone for at least 20 minutes each time listening to music. I never spoke to anyone.
