USA Insulation review: 50000

We had USA insulation come out in 2017 to add insulation to our attic space. We only discovered the issue 2023 that our roof is now rotted due to them blowing insulation over the soffits and heaping insulation along that area to where no air flow was happening. We because of medical conditions do not go up and inspect the attic space. The moisture only happens during the warmer and hotter months so it is slow going. We had 2 inspections done by reputable inspectors and contractors and they both the damage was caused by the insulation covering the soffits. We have a ridge vent along with two power vent up there … it was not due to our negligence. We now need another roof the roof the one have was done 1 year (2016) before the insulation, now rotted along with our low voltage lighting system. They even had their inspector come out and inspect and he did let me know that it was due to the soffits being blocked. Of course they are denying this and I am sure that record has disappeared or has been miss placed.
