I recently made a purchase from Factory Direct Hardware and bought two handsets for my front door. Unfortunately, one of the handsets came in the wrong color and I have been trying to get information on how to return it for over a week now. It has been a bit of a hassle trying to get in touch with customer service and figure out the return process. However, I was finally informed that I need to order another handset in the correct color and provide the new invoice number to send back the incorrect one. This process seems a bit cumbersome and could have been made easier. Despite this issue, I am still satisfied with the quality of the product and would consider purchasing from Factory Direct Hardware again in the future.

This website ain't great. I tried to get some help by calling their "support" line, but it just sent me back to the same old website that's barely even grown up yet. And don't even get me started on the shipping prices - they're way too high! Plus, they make you order a minimum amount, which is just ridiculous. If they wanna make it in this business, they gotta step up their game and start competing with the big dogs.

I recently had a really bad experience with Factory Direct Hardware. Their customer support is absolutely terrible, and the people who work there have really bad attitudes. One guy in particular, Mike, was so passive-aggressive it made me sick. It's like he was trying to make me feel bad for even calling in the first place. I don't know what their problem is, but apparently if you want to get any help from these rocket scientists, you have to be happy with their incompetence and show it.

Well, I'm not happy now, and I will never do business with these great business people again. It's a shame, because I really wanted to like them. But when you treat your customers like garbage, you don't deserve their business.

So if you're thinking about buying from Factory Direct Hardware, I would strongly advise against it. Unless you want to deal with terrible customer support, bad attitudes, and people like Mike who make you feel like crap for even calling. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

This website is not very user-friendly when it comes to payment methods. It's a real pain in the neck to try and buy something here. The Authorize.net option never seems to work, and the only other option is PayPal. But even that is a hassle because they make you create an account with them. It's a real headache that I haven't experienced on any other website. I really hope they can fix this situation soon because it's really frustrating.

I had to get some pulls for my cabinets and I found factorydirecthardware.com. They had almost enough pulls in stock, but I needed three more. I called them up four times and left messages about the pulls and two other items I was interested in. But, I haven't heard back from them yet! I ordered some lights for my home and although I initially forgot to order the ground spike, a helpful employee named Mike reminded me that it was necessary and sold separately. I appreciated the reminder because I wouldn't have known otherwise since I didn't read the four paragraphs above the line that mentioned it.

My order totaled $1200, but I was disappointed to see that I was charged an additional $10 for shipping the ground spike. It seemed a bit petty to me to charge such a small fee on top of such a large order. However, I understand that every business has their own policies and procedures.

Despite the shipping charge, I was pleased with the quality of the lights and they were exactly what I was looking for. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to find what I needed quickly. Overall, I would recommend Factory Direct Hardware to others in need of lighting fixtures.

I got my order from Factory Direct Hardware pretty fast, but the fitter was way too small for my light fixture. The pictures on the website didn't show the fitter side, so I didn't know it was gonna be a problem. I called them up, sent an email, and filled out a form online to ask for a return authorization. It's been almost two weeks now and I still haven't heard back from them. I just want to get these things out of my house and get my money back. This is so annoying!
