Yesterday on the 1st of November around 6:00 pm I arrived at the Burger King Store #24565 and placed a order of value fries, small sprite and a double cheeseburger. I ask that the fries and burger be cooked fresh at which the guy affirmed that it would be done. Upon receiving my order I verified that the fries were fresh and hot, pulled off to head to my destination I took one bite and noticed raw meat was in my mouth. I then pulled over and turn on the light to see was the patties done and was astonished at the fact that I was given a uncooked burger. I returned to the store location and ask to speak to the manager on duty in regards to the importance of customer service, her name was Rhonda Walker. She was very vague in her demeanor and I advised her I was retired food service and she acted like it didn't matter. I was not even offered a refund so I'm asking for a small settlement before I get me a lawyer.
