On July 7 at 6:30 we couldn’t get anyone to take order through drive thru. Waited 20 mins and no ever would answer. People were pulling off left and right. For 10 cars that left they might would take one. This is not the first time this has happened. Also when we could get service through the drive thru they would tell us cash only and this always seems to happen in the afternoons, breakfast and lunch are good and it runs like it’s suppose to but late afternoon/ night time you can forget getting any service. They always tell you they are out of the food/drinks they don’t want make. This is the worse place to stop in Hope Hull, Al. We have family and friends who feels the same way and that this place no longer get theirs or our business anymore.
Desired outcome: For the workers that are hired to actually do their job and/or for you to hire management that doesn’t condone in this behavior
