I made a purchase on 12/24. I purchased several items in which I wasn’t sure what would work. I have today 2/12 tried to placed a return for one of the items. The staff Jennifer (employee) and manager (Carolyn) refused to return my item saying there was a piece of hair and lent. I asked for her district mangers contact information and I was refused this information. The manager didn’t even to offer assistance because her employee Jennifer had already basically told her there was lent, fuzz or something on it. It is a sweater and anyone with common sense would know that type of material will pick up anything. I have been a card holder nearly 30 years and have never felt so insulted by a business. I have no reason to wear something and return it. I would rate my experience a 0 out of 10. The worse service I have received today over a sweater that cost $29.99.
Desired outcome: I wanted this store to receive training on customer service. The manager needs to go through training so therefore her employees are trained properly. I also wanted to be refunded for the 29.99z
