Good afternoon,
This is a formal complaint on a manager at your 6930 East Dr Montgomery, AL location. I visited this location Saturday June 12, 2021 at 11:45pm. I waited in line for over 15 mins and when I got to the area to place my order, the manager said we are closed. I explained to the manager I had been in line for over 15 mins and how would they just close without serving everyone that was waiting with me. Her exact words were "I ain't got nothing to do with that." The employees in the back all started laughing as well. I then asked her for her name and from my assumption, I think she gave me a frivolous name but she said Terri.
I explained to her that I have worked in fast-food and I understand the importance of proper etiquette and have exceptional customer service. She laughed again and said she still was closed. So I explained I would be writing a letter to corporate about her behavior because they shouldn't want a manager representing their establishment in this manner along with allowing employees to see this type of behavior. That is bad leadership and definitely not setting a good example for your business operation.
I would like for this manager to be made aware of her behavior and reprimanded so she will know in the future she was made a manager to set an example for her peers and those that she supervises. Maybe send her to some type of leadership and customer service training.
