On a daily basis, the store is in chaos. The managers belittle and attack the employees verbally. The communication is almost non-existent ! They never properly train the new hires, then wonder why they break procedures and wanna leave the store. The unprofessional habits the manager continues to use are driving people away constantly. I have seen so many people with great potential and work ethic leave, because they are being yelled and screamed at . I feel that if corporate were to step in and correct the manager creating this chaos, the store would flourish better and have more long term employees. I love working for burger king, this is my second store however being here has made me consider leaving the burger king corporation for good. I hope you can help this store, because it needs help badly .
