I purchased $1, 963.00 worth of defective, poor quality furniture on 9/2/12. They delivered it to my home free of charge on 9/6/12. I e-mailed on 2/11/13 because of a split seam in the couch. The cushions are also sagging and one of the recliner backs is loose. After 3 days and 2 e-mails, the manager finally e-mailed me back. After not getting fair customer service from him, I called the customer service number. They finally told me I would have to bring the furniture in to the store because "the delivery was done as a courtesy", or I could pay a delivery charge and the manufacturer representative would come by my house and look at it.
Why would I want to sink anymore money into this poorly constructed furniture? And since it was delivered, I think they should come to my house to look at it.
Right now, the only thing I want is my full purchase price returned to me. If they repaired or replaced it, I feel I would be doing this all over again in another 5 months.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
