I was in hwy 55 last week and overheard one of the female cooks not sure if she's a manager they called her Polly talking about getting paid under the table she said something along the lines of having to get her pay for the day out of the register after closing time. I know one of the employees and I asked what she was talking about and they said she gets paid under the table because her husband draws disability. I've heard that no one can do anything about it bc the owner already knows.
