I was told my couch was in to come pick it up. So I went to the store they tell me it's not here I need to go down town phx and get it. So I go down town and they say it's by appt only! So now I make an appt to pick it up. And then it went down hill. One of the chairs I got was damaged and I didnt like the way it looked in the room so I had them to take it back. Customer service said call back in 4 days, then 1day after that they promise to call you back I mean 3 different people have told me that they would. I ask for my money back he said I HAD to BUY something there! None have returned my calls. After checking out the different web sites and the better business bureau. This is common practice with Lazboy and there customers. Whenever they get around to you is when you will here from. I will file my complaint with the better business bureau and that's the first and the last time of giving my hard earned money Lazboy furniture
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
