Hello to whom this may concern,
I was not satisfied at all with the service I received in Glendale az , from the person (Laura ) servicing me to the pick up of our furniture I spent over $6000 which money is not the issue in this case and don’t mind spending but , from the start the sales lady did not know a thing about what she was doing making it for me and my spouse very uncomfortable and inconvenient. Had us running around the store to 3 different registers trying to key in our large purchase , to the point where I wanted to just walk away and go elsewhere , after getting squared away with the front who was a lot better to deal with , she says my furniture will be delivered to my in Blythe ca with no problem by that Saturday . Then calls me the following Monday to express that they can no longer deliver all the pieces until the following week , I requested a refund for the delivery fee and expressed we will just have to pick them up no problem . Well then she calls my husband on Tuesday now expressing that they have no record of us paying for the layaway service ($1000) and that we would have to send her our bank statements and show her proof even though she wasn’t even at work as she expressed , the receipt would not be enough proof . I then decided to call the actual business and the lady helped me with no problem and said it was pulling up as paid and there was no issue , so I proceeded to pay off the purchase and then this same lady calls again saying our couches wouldn’t. Be in again until the following week . And asked for proof again of payment I let her know over the phone that everything was taken care no need to have that information . Three weeks after the couches should of been there we make the 2 hr drive rent a trailer to pick everything up just to be told there was still a piece missing and wouldn’t be in for another two weeks which is no big deal but the night before we called just to confirm everything was in so we wouldn’t waste gas , time , or our money . And they guaranteed that we would have the last piece Saturday no later than 1 pm . I don’t think they understand how frustrating it is to make plans and prepare on a guaranteed deal . The fact that there was no concern or even an accommodation made after spending a large amount of money makes me beside my self . I will not purchase From here again.

American Furniture Warehouse [AFW] - Fire table and chairs
Found out too late that American Furniture Warehouse is mostly Chinese crap! Looks good but only lasts nine months!
Spent 2K on Fire table and 4 chairs. One chair snapped at the weld when rocking. Totally unusable, but AFW only wanted to replace it with a new set we didn't like. We had built a pergola in octagon shape to fit this set and wanted to keep it but AFW wouldn't give a refund without the chair being returned . We hired a welder and are now out the money for the repair. Does AFW care about our anguish? I sell Landscape for a living and would not recommend this company.

American Furniture Warehouse [AFW] - Dining set broken bench
Bench from dining set broke from the stretcher bottom piece. I've been trying to replace it but no luck
I called and emailed and I haven't been helped I don't want it for FREE
I just want the exact same piece to get it fixed but you guys don't care about your customers as I can see this is ridiculous!
