Fitness 19 Glendale, AZ recently underwent a management shift. With new management always comes change. It was decided to let me go from the Personal Training Staff. While I understand change and the need to refresh staff, the manner in which it was handled was highly unprofessional. I was treated rudely and disrespectfully. Andrew Sampson, the new operational manager, had an opportunity to exercise grace and personal professionalism in this matter and chose to deal with it like a high school student breaking up with his first girlfriend. I am very disappointed in his lack of ethics, compassion, and management style.
Sadly what could have been a positive end to a positive relationshiip with the company has ended with a bitter taste in my mouth for both Andrew and the company.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
