Had an emergency come up that I wasn't able to pick up my order. I called 10 times and let it ring over 30 times and no one answered.
On the last try, I got someone who never gave me her name and sounded like she couldn't care less and advised her that I needed to reschedule a different time for the pickup. She stated she would take my number and call me back. One hour later and no call back.
I attempted to call her back and it again rang and rang and rang. Finally I was upset since my order was over $300 and I finally got through and told her I wanted to cancel and not charge my bank.
She hung up on me and I can not get anyone to resolve this as the charge is still on my bank account.

Desired outcome: Refund my bank account
