I was in drive-thru and got no response from the speaker that was letting me know that they're ready to take my order when I was ordering the young man which was taking my order was very rude and nasty then I went to the window to pay I noted to him he needed some customer service skill practice and he literally starting to drop his stuff and come outside to fight along with that they had no shake machine it was down they had no fruit slushies that machine was down and had no soda machine I had ordered McNuggets and she asked what kind of sauce I wanted and I said barbecue and the manager said I have no packets and stuck barbecue sauce in a water cup with a lid and told me when there's a complaint I tried to take care of them and she gave me two cookies imagine that an employee threatens me with bodily harm and two cookies are opposed to make it better

I placed first online food delivery and I received a free whooper for signing up. I clicked on whooper and added cheese .90 and removed onions. Once I go to pay I see free whooper. However once payment completed there is no whooper. I tried calling the BKing that was preparing no answer three times than I try online they say they'll get back in 2 days. I spent 21.00 really upset that no one can fix issue someone in the house won't be eating. You can't cancel order or edit. There needs to contact information...easy way to fix issues like this.
