Prescott Az. Contacted Larry and he sent Dr David Broil An email telling him it had been a month
Ago that Mr Stopher asked for an appointment His reply was ok thanks for the tip! Then it was another 15 days Till I had the appointment Was dating my fiance that I ad known For years that we as list contact And she was working at the Prescott v. a He found out we were dating and He gave me a paper saying she was Using me for m money and sex (Is this calling her a prostitute) She has her. own car home and money Asked him f for an apology never received One
Now he is following me around Had an eye appointment at 7:30 am And who shows up Dr Brill I complained and they told me He was filling in for an eye Dr that was on Vacation went back to the eye clenic And was told he was not an eye Dr How I have lost all trust in the v V. A system My fiance gave up her job in Fear of getting fired

The executive office has lied to cover up for
Dr Brill saying he was filling in for a optimistic on leave
Which was a bald face lie I went back to check with the
eye clinic they said he wasn't filling in foe anyone !
Dr David Drill should step down and
He is taking money from the veterans in so called
Performance Bonuses
He has called my fiance a prostitute
I have the statement in writing
Still being followed around by
Dr David Brill !
Also security is also corrupt as it gets
To perjury to the federal court lied said
We were served was never served !
and trying to withhold information from the court
Enuf said !
