The woman who works self checkout named mel or Melanie is the worst most miserable employee who actively picks fights with customers while refusing to provide basic service that her job requires of her even her co workers voiced that she is like that with most everyone and not to take it personally because she does it all the time. Which is that's the case I don't understand why she is still employed there since they are fully aware of her terrible work ethic and mistreatment of customers. Today, which is same as multiple other times I've been forced to deal with her she refused to go get cigarettes for me when asked due to being unable to leave her work station so I had to walk over to get them during which she follows me over to complain about me directly in front of me to the nice lady who was ringing me up and I pay for them and go back to self checkout where I had one more item to purchase which I told the first lady I would be right there to purchase them after dealing with other purchase and in that two seconds she manages to grab another employee to take my item back to the isle it was stocked in to purposely make me have to go back and get it all over again which luckily I was able to intercept the guy carrying it back but just the spiteful and completely unreasonable behavior of this woman is something I have never encountered in my whole life and she should be out of the job, the fact she gets paid to treat customers like this (and not just one time she does it all the time which you can ask any of her co workers or managers since they are all aware of her toxic behavior but do nothing because they need someone to fill the slot of self checkout overseer, besides this incident I have at least 3 other times she has treated me absolutely unreasonable and poorly. She also is terrible at her job on top of everything else she spends all her time doodling and sitting on her phone needing customers to literally come interrupt her to get her help everytime. I am done shopping at Fry's until this woman is fired because it's not worth the headache and disgusting treatment anytime I need to shop for groceries for my family.
Desired outcome: Fired, and an apology, and the manager Cindy should be removed since she is fully aware of this woman's mistreatment of customers but does nothing to correct the situation to customer that have been wronged.
