I was terminated 05/28/2010. HR MGR Monica Mayer told corporate office that I threatened General MGR Bob Rockov. And witnesses say that was a lie. My wife called corporate a couple of weeks ago, and cause Bob's son to be terminated. Since then, the company has tried everything possible to set me up for termination. My overtime that was accrued was not paid to me. The response was that I didn't clock out for lunch, so they took it. And I didn't get Mgr approval for my overtime. Even though all the mgr's there seen me working, and said it was ok. My wife applied 3 time at the company and Monica told her they didn't like to hire family members due to family arguements coming to work. Two weeks later Bob hired his Daughter to be a receptionist, the same job my wife applied for. Two weeks after that, Bob again hired his son. I also have a learning disability, so it takes me a little longer to catch on, and I ask questions. One day the Used car Mgr looked at me after asking him how he needed something done, and said, "Do I need to get a crayon and draw you a picture" that to me is discrimination. The Used car Mgr's push their customers into cars they don't want. Then end up with complaints because somethings wrong with the car. My wife went to the Owner of the company and handed him some paperwork on the company, knowing it invovled his General Mgr and things that he's done wrong, he handed it too him to "FIX" He's part of the problem...how is he going to fix it?...Fire himself?! Ever since he's been the GM there has been more people walk off the job because of the way he treats the employees.

The engine light is on and I paid for started a fuel pump now the engine light is on again what's we problem with there cars I'm tiered of them always wanting money every time you take the car to them so they can look at it
I have a 2010 Saturn Outlook. I had a repair done to steering column. While they were replacing a part, service tech damaged the Traction Control wire and did not inform me. When I drove off, the car was bucking/grinding/jerking and would not drive. The service technicians were aware of the problem, but let me drive off anyway, not wanting to deal with the repair on a Saturday or keep to fix. Actually told me the "traction control will work its self out and those lights come on and off all the time!". I actually had to make an appointment on that next Monday to have the traction control fixed. This dealership obviously cares nothing about the safety of the customers, as this could have caused a serious accident. If I had my children with me, I would have called the Police on their lack of responsibilty and the danger they put me in. There are so many GM dealership and service stations, that I will NEVER frequent this establishment again, for my safety and my families. I would recommend the same.

They live in 2 nd one on left in the same court 395529 riveria east, , ,
They have cars though out our complex and it seems, that they the are organized
I would cross reference the car s for other owner, , I've been told they get them to Canada, change the serial numbers shipping them back, ,
We have also been getting there tired, and car parts thrown around the dumpster, ,
I that same court, at night you drive by, , u see drug dealing, guns, , , ,
Very unsafe, and lawless, , , , , , then at later night They smoke weed and sell it in the open, , they will break up in groups, and prowl around looking in people's cars, ,
Seems every month a car or two gets stolen outta here,
There alll cousins, , it's a illegal sllllllllll all the way around, ,
Go onto office, in sure they will help help, ,
I'm sure, , everybody else here agrees, but they all work as a team,

She had 2 address here, on corner upstairs apartment, , ( same building as cars people ), , also she lives on riveria north 8214 or so upstairs in the corner, , , and hangs out wit Steve potemski, 8204 Riveria north, , who is our big big pill man, heroin dealer, with child porn on all the time., , ,

This is a great dealership. they have never done me wrong in the 2 years i have been buying from this dealership. i totally reccomend this dealership to anyone. they are terrific. So many selections that you will never be disappointed.
I bought a vehicle from Granite Run Buick-GMC at 1056 Baltimore Pike in Media P.A. When I got home I found out that the sway bar was missing and it needed front brakes and rotors. It also was 4 quarts short on oil and the spark plugs had not been changed in at least 40, 000 miles. When I contacted them they offered to pay half of the 800.00 dollar bill. Everytime I called I was switched to the salesman by the name of Dave Castor. I asked for a supervisor but could not get one. They sent me 350 dollars and said they would send the rest when I sent them my title for the trade in. I sent them the title 2 weeks ago and they have refused to give me my 50 dollars. They never apologized as I had to drive home in a vehicle with a child to N.Y that was unfit to drive. They appeared to be very nice people but there actions say something else.
