I took my 11 year old daughter to supercuts at 3107 4th ave in yuma, az on friday feb. 12th while we were visiting for a trim. We noticed an issue on monday feb. 15th in the evening when my daughter put her hair up in a high ponytail and one side was more than 2 inches longer — very noticeable. I took her today to the supercuts near our home at 2127 olympic parkway #108 in chula vista because of the 7 day guarantee (I had to use it for the same issue many years ago) I walk in and explain the issue clearly stating that we just got her hair cut while visiting yuma and the stylist asked if we wanted them to fix it which we did. They went on to say that the other supercuts stylist left it cut at an angle and the layers were uneven and not blended that is why when my daughter put it up in a ponytail it was crooked.
Then they tell me it is another haircut and charged me full price — I asked about the supercuts warranty they said yes you 7 days to get it fixed — I said it has only been 4 days and was told that because it was in another state it is not valid — and they said it is a completely another haircut — they did not change the style but fixed an error another supercuts stylist made — again they said it was because it was in another state. Now I can take my
Honda to any state and my warranty is valid — is supercuts not a national chain and should honor their company's guarantee? It was a bad haircut done under the supercuts name and supercuts should fix it free of charge. As it stands I just paid for 2 haircuts.

Chula vista haircut — store #81071 charged 2/16/21 — $30
Desired outcome: Refund of both hair cuts
