Store 06086, 4300 Elverta Rd, 2/13 approx 7 pm
Was harassed by staff and publicly embarrassed when the clerk, speaking in a loud voice, proceeded to lecture me about my "narcotics use" (I have cancer) and then after I started to walk away from the interaction, proceeded to yell at me from her place at the register. The conversation escalated further, I informed her I would never return to this store after more than 17 years as a patient/customer, so then she proceeded to get on the store loudspeaker and tried to shame me. I left the store, and then this person called my cell phone 3 times in a row, and when she couldn't goad me further, turned around and called my physician's office and informed them I physically assaulted her. So in one visit I was shamed, had my HIPPA rights violated and then slandered.
Desired outcome: I would like a formal apology to myself and the doctor's office, and the employee reprimanded
Rite Aid - albuterol inhaler prednisone and montelukast
My Dr sent my Rx 11:25Am 12/05/19 Thursday we came to pick it up by3:00pm thinking that by then it should be ready. Unfortunately n desperately we waited for one hour n 30 minutes. I prayed so hard for my inhaler to be done coz I have difficulty in breathing n also having wheezing so I approached Alisa the pharmacy tect after 40 minutes waiting she responded negatively with bad attitude she said to the Bombay pharmacist that I just came that make me sick in my stomach.In the first place by then it should be ready coz it was sent 11:25 Am at 3:00 we arrived Alisa said wait for 30minutes which it extended to one hour n 30 minutes wait for my inhaler.My point there is this two people are having attitude not considering that I can die out there due to difficulty in breathing so please take Action n do send someone to evaluate your employees especially this two people or else worst will come someone will sue you for negligence because of ineffective or inefficiency of this two people. An ounce of Prevention is better then cure.Do something about my complaint and take Action.Give displinary action toward them they are not an asset to your company they both have bad attitude toward people in need.
