The poor pharmacist is not getting to his medication refills because he is spending all his work hours at the drive thru performing covid testing! The cars lined up in the Lone Tree Way store was winding twice around the building and he customers in the store picking up prescriptions or waiting days for them to be filled were getting no help! There wasn't enough staff to fill prescriptions, take customer or physician calls or wait on people picking up prescriptions that weren't ready! UNACCEPTABLE! Rite Aid is a pharmacy for medicine fills not labs or doctor's office proceedures. What little staff you have working the pharmacy is overwhelmed to the point that they should walk off their jobs until you hire 1 pharmacist to just work the drive thru covid testing window! Your regional management should be fired for not making sure the pharmacy has a staff just for covid testing! I spend thousands of dollars at the pharmacy monthly and am totally pissed at the way your store is taking advantage of your already overworked pharmacy staff making one poor pharmacist work all positions! We consumers aren't being handled right when coming to get out meds. Other different stores have 1 pharmacist working covid testing only. Rite Aid needs to do the same before your staff walks out on us all! Questions, call Sharon Lefebvre at [protected]. Don't take my complaints out on your staff because they were working harder than I've ever seen just completing your covid testing! Enough is enough!
